Devil Horns
Completed September 2024.
This piece was created as a custom album cover for all of the songs I collect from EvolvesZ. The fox pictured is his fursona, Evo. He's heavily into metalcore and specifically electronicore, so I opted to draw Evo at some kind of live performance.
I wanted to develop my skills with multiple light sources and especially unnatural light colours such as red and green, and I'm happy with the glow coming form his right eye. The coloured lines around his jaw and whiskers were an accident, but I decided to keep them because it felt fun.
The process for this image was unfortunate, as I had finished colouring and shading it a first time, and then my art program softlocked and I lost all of my progress for the night.
